My Background
With years of experience training clients in both London and the Middle East, I’ve had the privilege of working with corporate professionals in Mayfair and members of royal families and senior government officials in Riyadh. My work in these environments demanded absolute professionalism, discretion, and adaptability — values that underpin my entire coaching philosophy. I specialise in designing highly personalised training experiences that fit seamlessly around demanding lifestyles, combining strength and conditioning with mobility, endurance, and performance-focused programming.
Alongside my coaching career, I’ve continued to challenge myself athletically — completing ultramarathons along the Great Wall of China and the Welsh coastline, and achieving a 205kg back squat within the same year. During my time in London, I also developed and led my own gymnastics classes, providing advanced coaching in bodyweight strength and movement. Whether training elite professionals or guiding beginners toward lasting change, I bring the same energy, precision, and commitment to excellence to every session.
